We also offer our clients an interactive, on-site, visual process that involves each client and their key personnel to evolve ideas into great design that is both functional and visually appealing. Each client/community becomes a part of the design process, and their voices are heard and incorporated into every design we develop. Planning

The process of determining community goals and aspirations in the aim of creating better communities for present and future generations.

Master Planning A comprehensive long range plan intended to guide growth and development of a community or region.

Urban Planning The process of developing plans and strategies to address health and welfare concerns of an urban area.

Management

A defined set of activities in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

Program/Project Management - As an owner’s representative, we provide clients with project management services in an effort to deliver the owners vision and goals for the project, including but not limited to:

Construction Contract Administration - Management of contracts made with customers, vendors, or partners includes negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes that may arise during its implementation or execution.

Programming - The process that a designer leads a client through to identify and articulate what the projects objectives and constraints are now and in the future.

Cost Estimating - A well-informed prediction of probable construction cost of a specific building project.

BIM Consulting - Professional assistance in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, which allows clients to develop efficient building design that is well documented and saves time and cost at every stage of the project.

LEED Consulting - The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system is designed to promote design and construction practices that increase profitability while reducing the negative environmental impacts of buildings and improving occupant health and well-being.

Universal Design Consulting - Professional advice and guidance in the design and production of products that promote equal opportunity for use by individuals with or without disability.

Design

The process of creatively planning and laying out spaces for function and aesthetic purposes.

Illustrations/Renderings - Creating 2D and 3D renderings of various mediums that accurately portray the details of building projects. These images are used to communicate design ideas to clients, owners, committees, customers, and the general public.

Graphic Design - Focus on visual communication and presentation using various methods to create and combine symbols, images and/or words, etc to create a visual representation of ideas and messages referring to both the process (designing) by which the communication is created and the products (designs) which are generated.

3D Modeling - The process of developing three-dimensional digital representations of building forms.
