This 85 key boutique hotel will be located in the heart of downtown Desoto, and part of the revitalize effort to make Desoto into a destination location. This four story hotel is influenced by the Fontainebleau of France. It was important to the Mayor, that this building express the refined taste and sophistication of the Desoto residents, and would be a place for gathering, sharing information, and shopping. A key component of the design was to include electronic signage that could display messages and announcements around the city.
